Made of 1 inch thick solid walnut, these cutting boards provide a hard, smooth cutting surface for food preparation. It is treated with a butcher block conditioner or cutting board oil to seal the wood from food juices and to prevent it from drying out.
*Important: To retain the integrity of your cutting board, we recommend retreating with butcher block conditioner once every 3 months. If you prefer to use food grade mineral oil or cutting board oil, we recommend retreating once a month.
Note: Because real wood is used, grain pattern will vary.
