The natural pine wood is accentuated by the butcher block conditioner finish. The butcher block conditioner is a mixture of food-grade mineral oil and natural waxes, and is FDA approved for direct food contact. The all metal ball bearing assembly paired with a 12 inch nominal plywood base underneath provides exceptional stability and smooth turning every time.

Note: because real wood is used, grain pattern will vary.

*IMPORTANT*
Cleaning and care instructions: Wipe top with mild soap and water on clean cloth or sponge after each use. Do not submerge. Do not get the bearings wet. Apply cutting board oil or butcher block conditioner to the top once every 1 to 3 months, or as needed.
