Made of 7/8 inch thick solid maple, these cutting boards provide a hard, smooth cutting surface for food preparation. It is treated with a butcher block conditioner or cutting board oil to seal the wood from food juices and to prevent it from drying out. Complimentary sample bottle of cutting board oil included with each cutting board.*Important: To retain the integrity of your cutting board, we recommend retreating with cutting board oil or butcher block conditioner once every 1 to 3 months.
